About Me

My photo
Hilary Lambert
I am a writer, story-teller and networker. And a mom. I have a Ph.D. in geography, focused on water and food resources, and have worked as college teacher, magazine and book editor, public educator, and activist in Ohio, Kentucky and NY State, where I presently reside. I am employed as steward/executive director of a nonprofit organization that works to educate about and protect Cayuga Lake, at the center of NY State's incomparable Finger Lakes.region. I live in Dryden NY and am a proud member of DRAC (Dryden Resources Awareness Coalition), leading the way in keeping fracking and gas drilling out of our town and state. I am available professionally for work as writer, editor and organizer.
